Corn Soufflé

I know this sounds a little weird, but it’s the best corn dish I’ve ever had!! A couple of weeks ago my Dad and I went to his girlfriend’s sister’s house for their Dad’s birthday. She served this dish and it was amazing. I had to keep myself from eating out of the serving dish. :) So here’s the recipe.

1 Can cream style corn

1 Can whole kernel corn

1 8oz container sour cream

1 stick melted butter

1 box Jiffy muffin mix

Mix together and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes before you serve it. And it’s even better the second day! Enjoy! And thank you for the recipe Darlene!
