work out diary, Wednesday update

I was able to get back out and finish push mowing the back yard. Earlier today I was probably out there almost an hour. This evening it was probably 30 minutes or so. It wasn’t so much that it needed it, but part of it was done with the riding mower a couple of nights ago and I wanted it to look even. I was trying to even up the side yard (that I did with the rider earlier this week) too, but it started to thunder and was getting dark anyway. I’m glad I was able to get done what I did, and that I got a chance (thanks to hubby for watching the girls!) to work out twice today.

Now I think I’m going to try to get 20 minutes on the elliptical.

    Ya gotta love mowing the lawn as a way to get exercise. We certainly get a work out here. Our yard has hills.

    Yep, it’s a love/hate thing. Ours isn’t exactly level, but I wouldn’t say it’s hilly either. Lumpy maybe. :)
