This is day three, I’ve been really surprised at how easy this is. I’ve only had to use a little bit of will power, but that was more for portion control. For example, I was able to eat real sugar cookies that Hannah and her Gran Gran made yesterday, just not as much as I would have wanted.
Who would have thought you could have real sugar and junk food on any diet!? Even after all the good/regular food that I can eat on this program, I’ve lost 3 pounds so far.
I’m not real excited about the 3 pounds yet, I think there’s a part of me who’s still leary about being able to eat (literally) anything you want, and still lose weight. I know it’s all about portion control, and I think I’ll be more confident about it after an official weigh in on Saturday. If I’ve lost 7 pounds or something like that, then I’ll start getting excited!
