Some of the peppers they put in those sauces can be quite potent. My husband tried growing some in our garden once. After putting some in a salsa he was making he tried putting pieces of the peppers down the disposal. The pepper was so hot that just going down the disposal sent the scent of it throughout the house and we were all coughing and burning.

We laugh about it now.
